Jenny worked under my supervision as anAssistant Graphic Designer for three years. Her responsibilities includedpreparing concept boards for advertising campaigns, creating graphicillustrations, and designing websites for our clients. She also helped redesignour company’s website, and spearheaded the development of a digital portfolioof our company’s projects.

She delivered quality work, and sheaccomplished her tasks on time. Her time-management skills were exemplary; she typicallyhandled two or more projects at the same time. Another quality of Jenny’s thathas earned my respect is that, even with her skills, she continually strived tolearn more. She studied new design programs, and attended workshops to furtherenhance her skills.
